Chicken Salad for an army

6 chicken breasts
2 lbs. red grapes
2 cups diced celery
2 cups cashews
1 large can of pineapple tidbits

Mix altogether and add:

Dressing:
1 cup mayo
1 tsp. curry
2 tsp. soy sauce

Serve on lettuce or croissants
